Andrew's Bio

I didn’t set out to become a speaker. I spent 20 years in the Air Force, rallying teams in combat zones and briefing leaders on life-or-death decisions. I learned how to earn trust fast, communicate with clarity, and keep people focused amid uncertainty. When I hung up my uniform, it hit me: the skills that saved lives overseas could help teams thrive right here at home. So I started Enterprising Play, and I hit the stage. Today, I speak to audiences across the country, helping professionals rediscover their creativity, connect with each other, and get real about what it takes to build trust and momentum. My sessions are filled with laughter, insight, and unexpected, playful tools to help unlock ideas, strengthen teams, and enkindle inspiration. Whether I’m keynoting a national conference or facilitating a workshop for a small but mighty staff, I’m there to create a shared experience people remember...and build on.
