I really enjoyed the game and the interaction we all had with each other. With Shane and Lewis being new, it was fun to connect outside of regular work and get to know them a little better. It gave us a chance to see their personalities, and for them to see ours. It was also interesting to see what base everyone placed themselves on while some choices weren’t surprising, it was still great to see the variety and hear everyone’s reasoning.

I’d describe it as a focused, high-energy dive into what truly glues a team together—think less icebreakers, more real talk on trust, communication breakdowns, and shared wins. We mixed quick building with cards and who can build the tallest tower, all while keeping it light enough to laugh at our own screw-ups. Left feeling like we leveled up without the corporate fluff.
