Arel was very informative and have that information in a simplified way. He was able to make his presentation engaging and interesting. The comparison of the organization being like a bunker and coworkers having each other's bank was interesting and important.
Really great advice and information today. As a leader on my team I will use these concepts and hope that my team will leverage this information in the future. Happy to be in the bunker with PAR!

Feedback for Arel and the event
The numbers game got me thinking- we’re a competitive bunch, but what would happen if we realized the rules were different in the second round? If we found a way to share what we saw in the strategy/pattern, how many more numbers would we get? And that’s when we get big wins as an organization. The way we succeed is the sum of everyone’s top numbers
Ariel managed to get people involved in a very laid-back way. Without threatening to call on certain people, or force people into smaller groups, he instead had the audience wanting to participate. His engaging personality keeps everyone engaged.
I just wanted to say thank you, I really appreciated your speech, and getting to know you a bit better. You had some really good points about mindset and community. Keep up the dad jokes!
