Arel is the best speaker I have ever heard and I hope to see him many more times in the future. He really makes me reflect and inspires me to do better and be a better person. He makes things that may seem complicated much simpler to understand. I feel like I will take everything he has said and use it in my future in many ways.
He was amazing!! He was so relevant to my life and on building community with others. He is so enjoyable to watch he never makes me want to check my phone or the time to see when we will be done. I always want to hear what he has to say. He has such good information to share that helps me in my work and home life .
I would say that you were so incredibly inspirational and influencing. You came from nothing and got to everything. You made us feel feelings we wouldn't otherwise feel on a normal basis. This training was amazing. This was also the second time we've had you as a guest speaker and both times I leave the training for the day and feel refreshed and amazing.
Ariel was energetic and positive, he made great eye contact as well as moved around the room in a way that engaging. His speech was powerful to the type of work we all do. Ariel’s way of connecting his past to the company’s mission was spot on and much appreciated.
Arel spoke on what makes teams effective (The Who) and what sabotages teams/the work (gossip, negative perspectives). Arel also did an activity to show the importance of expressing gratitude and how impactful that is to the individual and the team.
I would say that Arel is a very engaging and lively speaker. He keeps his talks exciting and interesting and it’s easy to relate to what he’s speaking about.
This talk was very insightful and drove home the idea that gratitude and open communication with coworkers and work family can change so much for the better.
Taught us to appreciate those around us while bringing a laugh. Made me realize even if events are difficult we can trust those who are on our team.
Enlightening. Inspirational. Relevant. Relatable. Loved the dad jokes! Enjoyed the inspirational quotes and the simplicity.

I am going through a marriage separation right now. It's been hard for me with two children. However, your training not only will help me and my impact on my work but I also feel like I can take this back into my marriage separation and make myself a better person!! Thank you so incredibly much!!!
