Today's session was a great refresher for educators to determine burnout levels and recharge. The presenter shared a variety of strategy to use in the classroom and for teachers themselves.
Ayesis was very inventive and insightful on her tips on combatting burnout and compassion fatigue. Information I didn't know I needed until I received it.
The session was focused more on us than the students. Recognizing how YOU as the teacher feels can impact your students in more ways than you know.
This session was interactive and engaging. It made me really think about what causes teacher burnout.
A timely and appropriate level seminar on our tea her work-day...very good, relevant information.
This is a PD about you, not about kids. It’s nice to hear because everything is about kids.
