How attendees describe this talk

It was nice to start a professional development with a play. I have never experienced that before. It was captivating and she told the story very well. The speaker connected with me in everything she spoke out especially feeling burned out.

I would say Ayesis provides relevant information to really provide teachers with mindfulness techniques to prevent burnout and stress from the teaching profession. She also shares powerful anecdotes to share her story.

It was thought provoking, inspiring and made me take a look at myself as an educator.

Emotionally inspiring and thought provoking way of dealing with vicarious trauma.

This session was vibrant and lively. I’m glad I got to see your story told in such a relevant way. Teaching is arduous and the experience raw and constantly overwhelming, even though it is refreshing to hear about this talked about.

A well prese Ted one woman show that increases our awareness about burnouts and other issues that teachers face.

You will learn about yourself that you do not think that you had and why you act the way you do as a teache

She was the most passionate person I have ever encountered when speaking of the wellness of teachers.

It’s very empowering and will have you reflect on your role as an educator.
