How attendees describe this talk
It helped me fully reflect on my feelings about teaching and to consider where they stem from. In that process I was also able to identify more of the positive aspects of my job.
Very helpful. I walked away able to put words to what was happening mentally. And now also have a way to work through it.
The session was interesting, entertaining, and relevant. Ayesis's provides her attendees with multiple avenues to mindfulness and string emotional awareness. Her sessions are fun and interactive as well as a safe space.
It was insightful, rejuvenating, and she took our PD into account when planning it so that it was informative, yet still respectful of our time.
This was an absolutely amazing session, filled with useful tips and techniques that would help anyone dealing with workplace stress.
