Baillie's Bio

Baillie Aaron is a serial entrepreneur, educator and coach with a background in behavioural science. A graduate of Harvard and Cambridge, she spent over 15 years supporting people navigating some of life’s hardest transitions—most notably, individuals leaving prison and rebuilding their lives. In 2023, she founded Being In-Between, which helps people in career transitions navigate uncertainty, reinvent their identity and shape a future that feels fulfilling, exciting and aligned. Baillie teaches at Bayes Business School and has been recognised as an Iconic Woman of the Decade by the Women Economic Forum. She’s also the youngest inductee into the JA Boston Business Hall of Fame. She qualified as a coach in 2013 with the Coaches Training Institute.
