Frequently Asked Questions on Working With Janice

I love speaking & get excited for every event. I have a lot of energy both on & off stage. I love music & get everyone up at the beginning of my talk. I lean heavily towards audience interaction & engage them as much as possible. Time permitting, we do an activity to engage & reinforce.

Travel & a few books, plus pre-event interviews & promo.

I always customize my presentations for my specific audience. I interview 3 to 6 attendees (selected by you), in addition to you and your team. Those interviews give me more in-depth knowledge of your organization and industry.

I write Linkedin posts before & after the event & include selfies of the attendees I meet. I also write a paragraph about your organization & accomplishments. I'm also happy to record a short promo video not just about my participation but also about the other speakers.

Post-event I send a short summary of the key take-aways of the talk and provide additional resources.

Yes I offer meet-and-greets and book signings. As a matter of fact I usually travel one to two days before the event depending on the distance. I attend any pre-event plus I listen to some of the other sessions so I can learn more about the organization & the issues you are dealing with.

I do have flexibility There are often other barter items such as video or introduction to key people from your or another organization. Also, purchase of my books may fall under a different line item & that often can help to make up the difference.

I do offer post-event materials, depending on your needs and desires.

I'm okay with event recording if it is housed behind a firewall & it stays live for a limited period of time (6 - 12 months).

Coach airfare, 2 or 3 nights' hotel, depending on how far away the event is, ground transportation & a few meals.
