Fred P's Bio

Fred P. Banny III is a keynote speaker and leadership strategist who teaches a simple but powerful idea: leadership is infrastructure. Born in Liberia, Fred was five years old when civil war began. For eleven years he experienced firsthand how fragile systems affect real people when they fail. Those early experiences formed a lasting conviction: when structure breaks down, people pay the price. Originally trained in Construction Engineering Technology, he learned that infrastructure determines whether pressure distributes or collapses. That insight now shapes the leadership philosophy behind his work. Through keynotes and leadership programs, Fred help universities, leadership teams and organizations strengthen leadership, culture and systems so they build what lasts under pressure. Fred is the creator of the Blueprint for Impact® Framework, a leadership model design to align identity, structure, and sustained impact so leader build what lasts.
