This training helped me recognize the potential and strengths I already have and, more importantly, understand how to use them intentionally to my advantage. It taught me the importance of being aware of my environment, building and maintaining positive relationships, and understanding how my actions and attitude can influence the people around me. It also reinforced the importance of knowing my priorities, setting healthy boundaries, and removing toxic influences that can prevent me from achieving the best results. Another important lesson for me was the value of learning and mastering emotional intelligence. Being emotionally aware allows me to adapt to different situations, communicate effectively, and work well with people who may have different perspectives, without losing my own values or dismissing the perspectives of others. Overall, the training reminded me that personal growth is not about becoming someone different, but about becoming more aware of who I am, using my strengths intentionally, and creating the right environment to grow and succeed.

The She Thrives sessions with Michaun have been incredibly inspiring, empowering, and encouraging. They have reminded me of the value I carry within myself, including the gifts, strengths, and potential I have not always fully recognized or shared with the world. These sessions have challenged me to explore my emotional intelligence on a deeper level, pushing me to reflect, grow, and embrace parts of myself discovery. I am truly grateful to have been part of the She Thrives cohort, an experience that has helped me unlock the innermost parts of my leadership and recognize the power of everything I already possess. Michaun's breakout session at the WELD National Leadership Conference was amazing. Rewriting Success was one of the most impactful sessions I attended at the WELD National Leadership Conference. The message challenged the traditional belief that effective leadership requires constant productivity and instead introduced a sustainable model built around the three R's: Rest, Reflection, and Regeneration. I left the session with practical ideas and a renewed commitment to redefining success. I would highly recommend this session to any leader looking to build a healthier, more intentional approach to leadership.

There is something so special about receiving information from someone who looks like me. I already told my sister about it and she plans on enrolling.
