Michaun Elise Winborn is a leadership developer, executive coach, and CEO of Born2Win Coaching. She helps organizations reduce risk, rebuild trust, and strengthen performance through inclusive and culturally intelligent leadership. With experience in theatre, retail management, HR, and DEI strategy, she brings a unique blend of presence, corporate fluency, and cultural insight. Her career includes serving as Vice President of Diversity, Opportunity, and Inclusion at JPMorgan Chase, where she advanced strategies that embedded equity into business practices. She uses behavioral science and storytelling to turn complex conversations into practical skills that leaders can apply immediately. Her coaching is clear, courageous, and centered on care. Michaun is a certified executive coach through the Institute for Coaching Innovation and holds a bachelors in Theater Performance.
