How attendees describe this talk
Bethanie Nonami was the keynote speaker for our second “I Am Valuable” Conference, sponsored by the BUILD ERG at UKG—and she delivered a message that was nothing short of electrifying. With a bold, relatable, and highly strategic approach, Bethanie unpacked the complexities of AI in a way that made it accessible, empowering, and deeply personal. As one of the BUILD ERG co-chairs, I was especially proud to witness the impact of her words in real time. As someone who strategically integrates AI daily as a tool for alignment, clarity, and purpose-driven impact, I’ve never experienced AI being humanized the way Bethanie did. She didn’t just speak about technology; she spoke about possibility, humanity, and our power to shape the future. Her message sparked confidence, challenged assumptions, and reinforced the value we each bring in a rapidly evolving world. It was more than a keynote—it was a catalytic experience that embodied exactly why this conference exists: to affirm value, elevate voices, and equip us to lead with intention.

I had the absolute pleasure of attending another phenomenal AI session hosted by Bethanie, and once again—she delivered with brilliance, clarity, and unmatched energy. After first hearing her speak at the Women of Power Summit earlier this year, I knew she was a force. Today, she brought that same dynamic presence to our UKG team, and it was hands-down the most energized and informative session I’ve attended in a long time. Bethanie doesn’t just talk about AI—she demystifies it. She empowers us with practical, actionable insights that make AI feel less like a buzzword and more like a powerful tool we can actually use. Her ability to break down complex concepts and tailor them to our real-world needs is a gift. Every time she speaks, she drops gems that shift perspectives and spark innovation. Thank you, Bethanie, for continuing to show us how to make AI work for us. Your passion, expertise, and authenticity are truly inspiring. We’re better because of your leadership and vision.

Bethanie Nanami, you crushed it! That AI training wasn’t just informative—it was a wake-up call for many on the team. The way you broke down the growing divide between those who embrace AI and those who don’t? Powerful. It’s clear: the future belongs to the curious, the bold, and the ones willing to learn. No fear—just forward. Thanks for lighting that fire. Let’s go level up.

I am PROUD of my self for not ignoring the loud knock to improve & BUILD my level of confidence and not to fear the new and uncharted areas in MY life. Bethanie removed the unknown and replaced it with a strong hunger to learn & advance. She is approachable thru the screen and AI can never replace that HUMAN touch - even on camera.

AI is here. It is changing the way we learn and work. Embrace it, ensure if you are using it at work the tool used is company approved, validate your output and see how it changes how you work.

Organizers should explain formats for audience. It is tough when you think you’ll see attendees and you log on and can’t!
