Ratliff is known for his ability to connect and adapt to the goals, needs, and objectives by the people in which he encounters,leads, and mentors. He seeks to challenge and support students through honest and intentional interaction, empowering them to use their innate talents to foster positive change. For nearly 15 years Ratliff has connected and provided development for fraternity men, university student organizations, and student leaders. He has done so through motivational/public speaking, workshop facilitation, officer development training, leadership development, consultation and mentorship.

Can you customize your presentation for our specific audience and event theme?
Yes! I always research the institution or organization to ensure I relate. I schedule discovery calls to gain insight in the needs and desires of each client. I also have a session titled “Branded for You” that is totally custom!
My organization has a limited budget. Do you have any flexibility in your pricing?
Yes! I offer special rates for local events, and for booking multiple dates.
What is your policy on event recordings and media rights?
I do allow recording on certain sessions u less they are sensitive topics. A discussion with the client is held to determine before booking. I also require that any recordings or media that is released, that my professional outlets are tagged.
