Brian's Bio

Meet Brian Galke, “The Decoding Detective,” an expert in communication and a dynamic speaker. Starting in roles affected by his mixed introverted/extroverted nature and social anxiety, Brian used his positions in retail, service, and Helpdesk to master interpersonal skills, eventually discovering the game-changing technique of Decoding Facial Features. This skill helped him climb from Introvert on the Helpdesk role to Regional Vice President of Sales, managing a $40M book of business. His exceptional skills led him to be flown across the U.S. to engage with elite customers on contracts over $1M. Now a sought-after speaker, Brian shares the stage with top industry figures like Chris Voss, Janine Driver, Brad Lea, Steve Sims, and Greg Reid, teaching others the skills that spurred his own remarkable transformation.
