Brian's Bio
Meet Brian Galke, “The Decoding Detective,” an expert in communication and a dynamic speaker. Starting in roles affected by his mixed introverted/extroverted nature and social anxiety, Brian used his positions in retail, service, and Helpdesk to master interpersonal skills, eventually discovering the game-changing technique of Decoding Facial Features. This skill helped him climb from Introvert on the Helpdesk role to Regional Vice President of Sales, managing a $40M book of business. His exceptional skills led him to be flown across the U.S. to engage with elite customers on contracts over $1M. Now a sought-after speaker, Brian shares the stage with top industry figures like Chris Voss, Janine Driver, Brad Lea, Steve Sims, and Greg Reid, teaching others the skills that spurred his own remarkable transformation.

Frequently Asked Questions on Working With Brian
Can you customize your presentation for our specific audience and event theme?
Yes, the engagement includes a pre-call to discuss the specific needs for each client and their audience. On that call we discuss the goal of the event and any special areas that the client wants to ensure we address in the training.
What kind of promotional support do you offer to help market the event?
Brian will work with client to provide any photos or video needed to create promotional material that can be used across all platforms. In addition to posting promotional flyers about the event, Brian is open to doing shorts, lives, and/or any podcasts to help promote the event.
How do you engage audiences post-event?
This is different for every client. Some clients bring Brian back in quarterly to do refresher training, this includes adding additional skills for the team. Other clients ask for a virtual follow up 30 days after the event to allow staff to ask follow up questions after putting the skills to use
Do you offer extras (book signings, meet-and-greets)?
Yes, Brian is open to meet-and-greets. He is typical part of the VIP events, because of his unique skill people love to get one-on-one time with him to learn what their faces reveal.
My organization has a limited budget. Do you have any flexibility in your pricing?
Yes, there is flexibility for the right situations. Brian will often work with clients to find creative ways to make it a win/win for all involved. While not ideal, Brian also offer virtual training solutions as well which are more cost effect since clients don't have to bring staff onsite.
What is your policy on event recordings and media rights?
Brian is open to the events being recorded and often asks for copies of the event as well to use for social media assets.
