This session was confirmation of what God is doing within me now. He’s been urging me to recognize the fear and ask why and deal with it! Talk back to it! Then act! It was very inspirational and it helped me realize that it’s ok to be vulnerable! I’ve been known to hold things in but that does not allow me to move past things that are holding me back in life. If I want to be the best version of myself I need to recognize, reframe and respond! It was a great presentation!

Your story resonated with me as I played softball growing up and I played in college as well. I felt immense pressure from my parents to perform academically and athletically from a young age. I too felt that my worth was based on my grades and my performance. I will never forget what it was like to go through the recruitment process for college. I struggled when sports were over for me. I had to find myself outside of academics and sports. Thank you for your presentation today.

Last year I was "reverse discarded" by a man I've known for 36 years and thought we were finally given our chance to be happy together forever. Caleb's words were so powerful and needed. I have been grieving a live person and trying so hard to be strong and get through it... now I have some new tools to use for this grieving and to get through my realizations of my own childhood trauma. Thank you... time to expand...
