Carlos Hidalgo is an international keynote and TEDx speaker that helps entrepreneurs and business executives design intentional, fulfilling lives so they can achieve sustainable success without sacrificing what matters most. Over the span of the last 31 years, Hidalgo has held corporate roles, started his own entrepreneurial ventures, led his companies to multiple Inc 5000 awards and served in non-profits. In addition to his speaking, Hidalgo is also the author of two books, Driving Demand (2015) and The UnAmerican Dream (2019)

What should I know about working with you?
I make it easy for us to work together with no drama, and clear communication is clear and concise. All of my engagements include the following: - Custom Promotional Video - Participation in the event (additional workshops, Q&A's, etc.) - Up to 3 hours of follow-up with audience attendees

Can you customize your presentation for our specific audience and event theme?
Yes. I look to customize my presentations to fit the unique needs of the audience.
What kind of promotional support do you offer to help market the event?
With each engagement, I provide a custom video promotion. I am also willing to work with event organizers promote via an article and utilization of my social media.
How do you engage audiences post-event?
I have a survey that is a part of my presentation, and I also offer up to three hours of video consultation.
Do you offer extras (book signings, meet-and-greets)?
Yes. I do meet & greets, post session small groups, and book signings. All of these are included in my speaking fee.
My organization has a limited budget. Do you have any flexibility in your pricing?
Yes. There is flexibility in my pricing and I have done this in the past with numerous events.
Will I receive post-event materials (slides, recordings, handouts)?
Yes. I provide all attendees with a copy of my presentation and a corresponding hand out.
What is your policy on event recordings and media rights?
I allow all my clients to record my sessions for future use and ask that all video, audioo and photo footage be provided to me as a part of my speaking fee.
What are your specific travel requirements?
My travel is typically in addtion to my speaking fees, and this is negotiable depending on the location. For any international flights, I do require business class accommodations.
