Carolina helps organizations evolve leadership and align teams to transform culture through the Unlearning Advantage™. She’s helped thousands of leaders and teams ditch outdated habits, uncover blind spots, and lead with more clarity, courage, and consciousness. Her clients include high-profile leaders at the FBI, NASA, and Warner—plus plenty of humans just trying to survive their next Zoom call with grace. Carolina holds the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation, is a credentialed Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Certified Diversity Executive (CDE). She holds a BS and MS in Science, an MBA and a professional certificate in acting (because science and spreadsheets needed a little stage presence). Before stepping into her role as a consultant, Carolina spent years inside the corporate world at Pfizer and Merck. There, she saw firsthand what it takes to navigate leadership and change with a heartfelt appreciation for the courage it takes to lead differently.
