Carol's Bio

Global keynote speaker and founder of The Brave Initiative, Carol has spent the last decade igniting courage in Fortune 500 companies, international associations, and individuals—helping them ‘get their brave on!’ With degrees in Theatre and Communication and postgraduate training in coaching, she’s on a mission to build braver leaders and cultures where people show up fully, speak up boldly, and take action before they feel ready. A passionate mental health advocate, she’s also author of The Brave Healing Journal and creator of the Find Your Brave experience. Having lived in 11 countries—including an ashram in India and a van in New Zealand—Carol doesn’t just talk about bravery, she lives it. She's shaved her head for breast cancer, bungee jumped in her birthday suit, and brings a global perspective and contagious energy to every stage. When she’s not speaking or coaching, she’s teaching fitness, volunteering at a local women’s shelter, or unapologetically crushing carpool karaoke.
