Chidi's Bio
Kidnapped at gunpoint and held for ransom, Chidi Iwuchukwu lives to share his remarkable journey from overcoming harrowing life experience to becoming a coach, speaker, resilience expert and bestselling author. Chidi's life experience makes him a powerful keynote speaker on how to transform trials into triumphs. As a coach, Chidi uses his wide-ranging career and personal success to help clients see challenges as opportunities for growth. He is leveraging these experiences in supporting clients to move beyond burnout, chronic stress and fear to deliver a designed future. Chidi is also the Founder and Executive Director of the Resilient Immigrant Foundation (TRIF) dedicated to connection, community and wellness for men. He has been featured on Fox, NBC, CBS, and ABC. He was nominated for the Star of Alberta Award in 2021 and the Alberta Newcomer Champion Award 2022. In February 2025, Chidi was awarded the District 99 Rookie of the Year for 2023-24 by Toastmasters International.
