Christa's Bio
Christa Haberstock is a keynote speaker and leadership strategist who helps organizations increase performance by uncovering strengths that feel ordinary but are strategically exceptional. For nearly three decades, she has worked alongside Olympic medalists, Everest climbers, billion‑dollar executives, SWAT hostage negotiators, and combat veterans—and saw the same pattern repeat: the very strengths that made these leaders exceptional felt normal to them. She developed The Obvious Advantage™ to help leaders and teams stop working against how they’re wired, concentrate effort where they naturally excel, and reduce the drag of constant uphill effort.

Frequently Asked Questions on Working With Christa
What should I know about working with you?
You get a partner, not just a presenter. I dig into your goals, culture, and audience, then tailor The Obvious Advantage™ so it solves real problems like burnout, retention, and performance for your specific event.
What's included in your fee?
My fee includes prep calls, customization, and one keynote (45–60 minutes) with Q&A when the agenda allows. Travel is billed as a flat fee covering airfare and ground transportation; the client provides up to two hotel nights and meals for one person.
Can you customize your presentation for our specific audience and event theme?
Yes. I customize every event—stories, examples, and language—to your audience and theme, whether that’s leadership, burnout, strengths‑based culture, or talent. The goal is a keynote that feels built just for your room.
What kind of promotional support do you offer to help market the event?
I can provide a short promo video, headshots, a customized session description, and social‑ready copy. For larger events, I’m happy to record a quick teaser that introduces The Obvious Advantage™ to your audience.
How do you engage audiences post-event?
I plan to stay at least 45 minutes after my keynote—as the agenda allows—for Q&A, photos, and informal networking. Connecting with attendees is genuinely my favorite part of speaking.
Do you offer extras (book signings, meet-and-greets)?
Yes. Schedule permitting, I can do book signings, meet‑and‑greets, or small‑group conversations with executives or high‑potential leaders. We can also arrange bulk book orders so attendees leave with something in hand.
My organization has a limited budget. Do you have any flexibility in your pricing?
Sometimes. I reserve limited dates for mission‑aligned events with tighter budgets, especially when there’s strong audience fit. Share your constraints, format, and timing, and we’ll see what’s possible together.
Will I receive post-event materials (slides, recordings, handouts)?
Full slide decks and recordings are handled individually. If you’d like to record the session, we’ll agree on scope and access in advance.
What is your policy on event recordings and media rights?
Internal recordings to extend learning are welcome with prior written approval, as long as I receive a copy of the recording and event photos for archival use. Public posting, marketing use, or inclusion in paid products still requires a separate agreement.
What are your specific travel requirements?
I typically travel from Dallas–Fort Worth. My flat travel fee covers round‑trip airfare and all ground transportation; you provide up to two hotel nights and meals, and I arrive the day before so your event is protected from travel delays.
