Very practical leadership tips that can actually be used in all fields. Will not forget the 3 Cs, and I'm encouraged to challenge myself! Optimal is not perfection, but direction!
This session was very inspiring. My wheels are turning about how i will go back and challenge myself and my team to become better and how I remain accountable.
It was really impactful. As a young leader it’s important to hear stories like Steve’s and important to get this type of development early on.

This would be phenomenal when brought down to a middle School/hugh school level for athletes. I kept thing of my 13 year old son and how this could help Him.
