Frequently Asked Questions on Working With Courtney

I don’t just wake leaders up; I help them rise. I give leaders the words, confidence, and strategy to tackle tough conversations head-on to build trust, drive clarity, and inspire action. My keynotes spark mindset shifts and real-world leadership change.

My fee includes a tailored keynote or workshop, planning calls, day-of delivery, and optional pre-event promo. A post-event takeaway is available upon request. Travel is billed separately unless we agree on an all-inclusive rate.

Yes. I tailor my presentations based on your goals, audience, and event theme to make sure the message resonates.

I’m happy to record a short custom promo video, participate in pre-event podcast or newsletter interviews, and promote the event on my social media channels. I can also share tailored messaging to help drive attendance through your internal communication channels.

Many of my clients ask me to join post-event conversations—whether that’s a follow-up Zoom Q&A, a leadership team debrief, or a brief recap message with reflection prompts for continued learning. I also offer implementation sessions or team coaching packages for deeper integration.

Absolutely. I love staying to connect with attendees, answer questions, and sign books. If you'd like to purchase books in bulk as part of your event package, I can offer discounted rates. I also enjoy participating in networking receptions or informal meet-and-greets when my travel schedule allows.

I’m always open to a conversation. I occasionally offer reduced rates when there’s strong alignment, especially for mission-driven organizations or if there are opportunities for multi-event engagements or professional footage.

I’m happy to provide handouts or participant guides when requested. Slide decks are typically not distributed, as my sessions are highly visual and story-driven, but I can provide a summary or resources recap. Recordings can be licensed with a separate agreement.

Recording is permitted with prior written agreement, and I offer licensing options depending on how the content will be used. If the event is being recorded for internal use only, that’s typically a set add-on fee. For public or evergreen use, we’ll need to outline specific terms.

I fly out of Dallas (DFW or DAL) and prefer nonstop flights. I usually book my own travel with a flat travel fee and can invoice for reimbursement if needed. For lodging, I appreciate a quiet, business-class hotel near the venue with onsite dining if available.
