What should I know about working with you?
When working with me, expect responsive communication within 24–48 hours and a speaker who is present before and after the event to engage and support participants. I also gladly provide up to three pre-speech planning calls to ensure a seamless, high-impact event.
What's included in your fee?
My fee covers up to 3 pre-event planning calls, digital or physical guides for participants, depending on the event, customized content, time for tech check(s) prior to the event, on-site pre-event preparation, and pre- and post-event audience engagement. Travel is typically included as well.
Can you customize your presentation for our specific audience and event theme?
Yes. Every presentation is customized to your audience, goals, and event theme. I collaborate with you in advance to ensure the content, examples, and takeaways resonate deeply and support the experience you want to create.
What kind of promotional support do you offer to help market the event?
I'm open to creating and sharing a marketing flier about the event, posting on my social media channels, providing up-to-date information about my accolades for marketing, and providing a pre-event video for event attendees to increase interest and excitement about the event, if requested.
How do you engage audiences post-event?
Engagement doesn’t end at the event. I offer optional follow-up workshops to event planners 60–90 days after the event, invite participants to a quarterly reflection and intention virtual gathering if appropriate, and provide books at select events to support continued growth.
Do you offer extras (book signings, meet-and-greets)?
I certainly offer extras including book signings, books that are included as part of the engagement, post-event programming 60-90 days after the event, breakout session(s) in addition the keynote, digital guides for attendees, meet and greets, fireside chats, or laser-coaching on-site.
My organization has a limited budget. Do you have any flexibility in your pricing?
Yes, I’m open to flexible pricing and strive to work collaboratively with organizations to find a fee structure that aligns with their goals, scope, and budget—while ensuring a meaningful, high-quality experience.
Will I receive post-event materials (slides, recordings, handouts)?
I often provide the audience with a summary of my presentation as a thank you for completing a feedback form about my presentation. I also share my presentation slides with meeting planners if requested prior to the speaking engagement.
What is your policy on event recordings and media rights?
I understand that recordings can be helpful! I’m excited to connect with your audience, but please check with me before recording or sharing my presentation. If we agree that recording would be a great value-add for your organization or participants, I'd also love to have a copy of the recording.
What are your specific travel requirements?
To make planning as easy as possible, travel fees are typically included in my speaker fee. If your organization prefers to book airfare, hotel, or lodging directly, I’m happy to coordinate in whatever way works best for you.
