Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Deb began her real estate career in Ann Arbor, Michigan in 2005. She built her business piece by piece, mistake by mistake, and is now in the Top 1% of Realtors Nationwide. As a speaker, Deb shares her mistakes (there have been many) and the corresponding creative solutions (there have been more). Her focus is on improving the AGENT’S experience, which in turn improves the customer’s experience. That is what “Real Estate Unscripted” is all about: new, innovative ideas that don’t involve memorizing a script. Instead they are focused on creating an organic business, where referrals are the norm, and scripts are not required.
