What's included in your fee?
My fee includes a customized keynote, planning calls, coordination with your team, and delivery of a high-impact session tailored to your audience. Travel within a 3-houring driving radius is also included.
Can you customize your presentation for our specific audience and event theme?
Absolutely. I tailor every presentation to your audience, theme, and goals. I take time to understand your culture and craft a message that speaks directly to the people in the room.
What kind of promotional support do you offer to help market the event?
I share event posts through my platforms and happily record short promo videos to help you build excitement and boost engagement.
How do you engage audiences post-event?
I offer brief follow-up Q&A, reflection questions, or resource recommendations to help your audience carry the message forward.
Do you offer extras (book signings, meet-and-greets)?
Yes. I’m glad to do book signings, meet-and-greets, or small group conversations when time and scheduling allow.
My organization has a limited budget. Do you have any flexibility in your pricing?
I do my best to work within reasonable constraints, especially for nonprofits or mission-driven groups. Let’s discuss what’s possible.
Will I receive post-event materials (slides, recordings, handouts)?
You’ll receive approved slides or handouts. Recordings are permitted only with prior written agreement and may require an additional fee.
What is your policy on event recordings and media rights?
Recording requires written approval, and usage is limited to the agreed purpose to ensure clarity and protect content integrity. Depending on purpose, additional fees may apply.
What are your specific travel requirements?
I charge a fixed fee for engagements. If travel is required beyond a 3-hour driving radius from Chicago, round-trip airfare or mileage, lodging, and ground transportation will be requested. I travel comfortably, not extravagantly, and keep logistics simple.
