Frequently Asked Questions on Working With Desiree

I own a leadership development company, so in addition to speaking on stages to large groups, I also love faciliating to small in-tact teams. Regardless of the size or style, it all holds the same message. How can we understand ourselves and one another so we can work better together!

I am willing to work with event planners to bundle things like breakouts, travel, books, etc. into the final fee we settle on.

During the initial discovery call, we will discuss your main goals for the engagement, as well as any specific topics you would like covered. Because of the work I do with teams, I am typically able to take the conversation in any direction you'd like to see (within reason!)

I always share events that I am set to speak at on my Linkedin and Facebook (I have a fairly engaged following) I'm happy to also record videos for promotional efforts and reshare any Linkedin posts that you share about the event!

I enjoy staying after the event for the social hour. I'm also happy to sign books if you decide to get them for your team or audience. I often stay as long as possible to ensure your audience has the best experience possible!

I would be happy to offer book signings, fireside chats, Q&As, VIP lunches, etc. These would likely be able to be bundled in the final price to ensure it fits into your budget and makes sense for both parties.

I don't have a specific discount for those with a smaller budget. However, I am always willing to discuss others ways to compensate for smaller budgets. Including photos and videos, testimonials, additional opportunities, introductions to other events, etc.

Absolutely! I always offer my slides, links to tools and resources, etc. for attendees of conferences. I also have a podcast that helps me to stay in touch with your audeience if they so choose. This means they have a never-ending resource they can tap into!

This is a conversation I am willing to have with event planners. I would want to discuss the intent for the content, as well as who it was intended to be shared with.
