Christopher's Bio
Dr. Christopher S. Dennis is an educator, author, and culture strategist dedicated to building institutions where every person belongs. As Associate Head of School at Campbell Hall and founder of Campus Culture Group, he brings over fifteen years of leadership across independent schools and higher education, from Bowdoin and Scripps Colleges to Collegiate School in New York City. He is the author of Lonely Graduation: The Journey After the Milestone and host of On the Way to School, a daily podcast on leadership, equity, and belonging. His work has been published in the African Journal of Teacher Education and Development and featured in Wiley's Equity Mindset. A sought-after speaker, Chris has presented at the Carney Sandoe Diversity Forum, the UCLA EDI Symposium, and national Episcopal and DEIJ conferences. He holds a Ph.D. in Education for Social Justice from the University of San Diego.
