She currently serves as a Project Manager at Wabtec through TEKsystems, leading global HR initiatives that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. As the founder of AAPPEAL, LLC, Dr. Carter helps professionals—especially women and people of color—become more visible, valued, and promotable.
