Dr. Wu is a speaker, author, and Board-certified sleep psychologist. She helps professionals who feel exhausted to recharge their personal and work batteries through the science (and art) of sleep. Instead of relying on drugs, tech gimmicks, and one-size-fits-all sleep hygiene rules, Dr. Wu teaches audiences to work with their unique biology.
