Dr. Janice's Bio
Dr. Janice, a.k.a.The Story Medic, is known for being a namer and tamer of the elephants in the room, deeply committed to us all telling stories big enough to live in. Using the mission, vision, and event theme, her storytelling, creative discussions, and somatic meditations create healthier, more cohesive workplaces via her signature STEALTHwork model. Easily bringing people home to their bodies, aware of their senses, and connected as a group, she synchronizes physical, mental, and emotional health and provides tools for ongoing support. Her podcast, Once Upon A Moment, is on Hiro.fm, and she is a Founding Member of The Octopus Movement, an international network of nonlinear thinkers. Her online STEALTHcare work helps folks live more into who they are, and her acupuncture and herbal medicine practice in Baltimore, MD supports those of us living along the stress/trauma/recovery spectrum. If the process of getting there isn’t as rewarding as the final product, she hasn’t done her job.
