Dr. Lisa Jenkins Brown helps organizations increase creativity, productivity and employee retention through presentations addressing diversity & inclusion. The author of 3 books, her topics include unconscious bias, inclusion, allyship, and navigating multicultural workspaces. As a cultural strategist, Dr. Lisa is equipped to present on various topics related to culture in our workplaces and society. With over 25 years of experience, including the human resources divisions of two Fortune 100 companies, Dr. Lisa teaches multicultural studies at the City University of New York, the country's largest urban university system. Dr. Lisa splits her time between metro NYC and metro Charleston, SC.
