Frequently Asked Questions on Working With Dr Paul
What should I know about working with you?
I’m ridiculously easy to work with, quick to respond, and fully focused on making your event a success. I bring science-backed tools, humor, and heart to help your audience think on purpose and leave with practical takeaways they’ll actually use.
What's included in your fee?
My fee is all inclusive of expenses and travel. Books for audience members are available at a discounted group rate.
Can you customize your presentation for our specific audience and event theme?
Absolutely. I always tailor stories, examples, and applications to your audience and event goals. My models are flexible by design, so we can align the message with your theme and deliver maximum impact.
What kind of promotional support do you offer to help market the event?
I’m happy to provide promo support, including a customized video intro to build excitement. I’ll also share the event on my social channels when appropriate and can collaborate on messaging to help boost attendance. Let’s make it a win before I even hit the stage.
How do you engage audiences post-event?
It’s not a one-and-done. I offer courses, books, memberships, and tools to keep the momentum going. Group discounts and follow-up resources are available to extend the impact across your entire organization.
Do you offer extras (book signings, meet-and-greets)?
Yes! I'm happy to do book signings, meet & greets, and when my schedule allows, I like to arrive early to connect with attendees and get a feel for the group. The more impact we can create together, the better.
My organization has a limited budget. Do you have any flexibility in your pricing?
I offer courtesy discounts for nonprofits and have a sponsor option for law enforcement groups. I also have certified coaches on my team who can present the same models at a reduced rate. Let’s talk—we’ll find a fit.
Will I receive post-event materials (slides, recordings, handouts)?
Yes! Attendees get free digital resources after completing a quick feedback survey via Talkadot. You’ll also receive a full post-event report with audience insights—usually within minutes of the presentation.
What is your policy on event recordings and media rights?
I retain full rights to my content. Recordings are welcome for internal use with registered attendees. I just ask for a copy afterward for administrative and marketing use. Let’s confirm details in advance—easy and clear.
What are your specific travel requirements?
I book my own travel, included in the fee. For convenience, I ask that lodging be provided at the event venue. International events outside the continental U.S. are billed at $20K USD. Simple, smooth logistics all around.
