I do my best to work within reasonable budgets when the event is a great fit for my audience and message. I sometimes offer adjustments for factors like multiple bookings, nonprofit events, or added value such as bulk book purchases or promotional partnerships.

Option available: When post-event materials are requested, we explore simple licensing agreements to ensure clarity on permissions, credit, and usage. We outline whether the content can be used in full, in clips, or for promotional purposes, and ensure proper credit is extended for both parties.

To protect everyone involved, media rights and licensing agreements are handled on a case-by-case basis, contingent on the organization, subject matter, industry nuances, and event specifics.

I prefer an arrival buffer with at least one day arrival prior to speaking engagements to account for travel delays and ensure adequate rest. A travel rider is provided to ensure smooth arrangements, avoid misunderstandings, and make sure I arrive ready to deliver my best for your audience.
