Edward DeShazer is an award-winning school leader, nationally recognized speaker, and author of The Secret Sauce and Closing the Believe’ment Gap. Once a student who was expelled multiple times, Edward transformed his own story into one of resilience and belief; rising to become the Executive Director of Greater Holy Temple Christian Academy and a leading voice in education and leadership. With over 20 years of experience, Edward helps educators and leaders close what he calls the “Believe’ment Gap”—the distance between what people are capable of and what others truly believe they can achieve. My fee is all-inclusive—it covers everything from the moment I leave Milwaukee until I return. That means travel, lodging, and all related expenses are built in, so you don’t have to worry about additional costs.

es, I do. I’m always happy to connect with attendees beyond the keynote or workshop. This can include book signings, photo opportunities, and informal meet-and-greet sessions where participants can ask questions, share experiences, and build relationships.
My organization has a limited budget. Do you have any flexibility in your pricing?
Yes. I understand that schools, nonprofits, and community organizations often work within tight budgets. While I have standard fees, I do offer flexibility depending on the nature of the event, the audience, and the impact.
