Emily Gozy is a Registered Dietitian and virtual nutrition coach based in upstate New York, serving clients nationwide. She is the Founder and CEO of Nourished with Emily, LLC, a virtual nutrition practice that helps clients feel confident in the kitchen and comfortable in their own skin through personalized coaching and sustainable nutrition strategies. Emily is known for helping clients ditch restrictive diets and embrace balanced, realistic eating. She’s been featured in TIME, Sports Illustrated, HUFFPOST, and Healthline, and was named the 2022 Recognized Young Dietitian of the Year by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She also serves as a Media Spokesperson for the New York State Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and sits on the board of WBOC.
