Erin Herman empowers leaders to leverage change as a superpower. For two decades, she’s partnered with Fortune 500 execs and led impact at UNICEF and St. Jude, securing a $300M philanthropic partnership—one of the largest ever to a children’s hospital. Erin co-created the Learning Passport with Microsoft and Cambridge, reaching 40+ countries and earning recognition from Time and PMI. A UN General Assembly panelist and global strategist, she’s lived and worked across four continents. Erin now calls Kansas City home, where she lives with her husband and two kids.
