Evelien's Bio

Evelien is a Professional Knowledge Sharer at Xebia Academy, Scrum.org PST, and certified TBR Trainer with 15+ years helping teams work better with Agile and AI. She has coached and trained at organizations like Rabobank, Philips, Essent, and Unilever, designing learning experiences that are practical, energetic, and grounded in real challenges. She is a pioneer of the From Agile to AI movement, helping teams integrate AI into Agile workflows responsibly and without losing the human in the loop. She is also a leading voice on gender bias in AI, building hands-on skills for product teams to identify and address bias across the full AI lifecycle. Evelien co-created the Road2Mastery and wrote Scrum Master Playbook, and is an organizer of Women in Agile Europe.
