Genein's Bio

As an arts educator for over 10 years and a performing artist for over 30 years, Genein Letford, is the founder of Brainolicious Adventures®, a K-12 program for youth and NeuroSomatic Creativity, a corporate training program that develops brain capital, brain health, and 21st century skills through arts integrative professional development. She and her team of professional teaching artists have empowered employees, teachers, corporate leaders and educational leadership in using the arts to increase leadership skills including self-awareness, empathy, resilience, emotional intelligence and cultural development. She published her children’s books, ‘I AM CREATIVE:Preventing Dementia and Building Brain Capital’ and ‘My Brain My Brain My Beautiful Brain’ with her 7-year-old son, Shawn Letford.
