Geo electrifies young urban audiences with his "fun" and "interactive" presentations that create a rare "safe space" for authentic connection. He blends humor with personal stories, making complex topics on self-awareness and leadership feel accessible while inspiring attendees to embrace failure and pursue their dreams. Participants leave feeling "seen," "heard," and equipped with practical insights to take immediate action toward their goals. His "gift" for speaking transforms rooms with a charisma that's "too high to ignore" and advice that's "too good to throw away," making him the catalyst for personal growth that organizations seek.

Geo Derice is an author, motivational speaker, entrepreneur, and founder of 20/20 Living Inc.which helps people maximize their full potential by creating visions for better tomorrows that they can live into. His work has been featured in Huffington Post, BET, and also been acknowledged by New York City Councilman’s office. He’s spoken all over the nation from as far west as Washington State to as Northeast as Vermont and many places in between.
