Geronda Wollack-Spiller empowers corporate leadership teams to create inclusive and safe environments for employees of all genders, races, and identities. She accomplishes this by helping leaders leverage the right data to foster inclusive cultures while building psychologically safe practices for teams and clients. Geronda holds a master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology & is certified in the ISO 3045 standard for completing a full DEIB compliance audit for organizations. She is also certified in Cultural Intelligence. For the last 5+ years, Geronda has served as a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) and Human Resources professional for 20+ organizations.
