Out of the box - no one ever discusses embracing irrelevancy, but it’s amazing and so inspiring.
Powerful session in incorporating our characters into business
Phil told us stories showing the power of being ourselves (and what happens when we are not) and gave us thought provoking exercises to take home. He touched my heart and I feel very connected to him now.
Be Authentic, at the end of day people are going to rate you so let tthem rate you on who you really are. Be the person that will add value to their life.
Character matters. Take time to remember to be who you are. It’s a little bit of tough love but thought provoking in a really good way.
