Thanks so much Jamie. I just need to get my reps in. In my position as a project coordinator I don’t currently have projects that I’m leading or asked to work on processes. I’ll take your suggestion and throw it out to the team to see if there are any processes they’d like for me to document. I’d suggest tasking those who don’t already have a process model to create a simple one. The organizer could give them the assignment. That way, the session is hands on and the session will receive more engagement.
