Frequently Asked Questions on Working With Jenn
What's included in your fee?
The typical fee includes a strategy call, pre-event check-in, customized event talk, post-talk options include Q&R, book signing, panel discussion and more based on your event needs. Fees also include post-event strategy call and post-event feedback report. And always, a little surprise & delight!
Can you customize your presentation for our specific audience and event theme?
Absolutely!
Do you offer extras (book signings, meet-and-greets)?
Yes! I love connecting with audience members because it means more takeaways that they are more likely to apply (and thank you for the event!) I am happy to talk about book signings, meet-and-greets, panels, and fireside chats.
My organization has a limited budget. Do you have any flexibility in your pricing?
I do have flexibility based on your needs and budget.
What is your policy on event recordings and media rights?
My typical policy is that you may record but publish publicly no more than 2-minute clips without an extra licensing fee. Internally, I typically allow a 30-day availability. I also request you share any raw footage or clips with me. I am happy to talk through options for your needs.
What are your specific travel requirements?
I typically charge a flat fee for travel and logding. Currently it's around $1,000. If your event is in one of those lovely, but hard to get to places, the fee may increase. If your event is close to me and doesn't require flights or car rentals, I will absolutely decrease the fee.
