How attendees describe this talk

exactly what I needed to hear as a leader for my department...energetic, inspiring, and incredibly on point. Johns words didn’t just motivate; they spoke directly to the challenges and responsibilities I face every day. He didn’t just hype us up, John, you gave us direction, purpose, and the push to lead with intention. A powerful voice every leader should hear.

I have told three different family members and they had three different perspectives. ( I Got a what was he thinking he or others were in danger, that’s amazing, and another that’s nice to change of subject this what I did today , ) I most have not been insightful or informational with your information but I sure did enjoy the message. ( I must remember to be careful on how I give my energy) when The 10 seconds of pretending to see a long time Friend was amazing, but before that was unusual and a little uncomfortable and felt embarrassing, trying to tap somebody on the shoulder which was challenging. you did have a lot of very helpful insight things that went along with my mental first aid 8 hour class, and coach VJ speaker from previous day . Throughout the day I was excited and still trying to digest the information from this week. I didn’t know what to do with. I did have a lot of conversation with enthusiasm energy with random people which was confusing also exciting but afterwards thinking about it and hearing myself in what I had to say. . Is that? I did miss being carefree and it felt amazing and brought back old memories of. When I was in the early 90s of exploring my community on my BMX of dirt roads, hose water, hand pump water wells.. now I realize why when my wife says what were you thinking in whatever situation that may have seem crazy to her sometimes those experience that with my kids those are most memorable I believe is still the best times. Thank you.

Feedback for John and the event

It’s pretty amazing!!! I’ve been watching reels of Mt. Everest climbers, trying to understand what truly drives someone to take on such a high-risk challenge, where the odds can feel like 50/50. Hearing directly from you, John, it finally clicked. The purpose, the passion, the push beyond fear—it all makes sense. Being a leader is a lot like climbing a mountain: every step takes grit, courage, and purpose. Thank you for sharing your stories, your experience, and such a motivating message. It really spoke to me and the path I’m on as a leader.
