John what very interactive and engaging for all ages. He got our students up and out of their seats but also kept their attention the entire time. As a teacher I was engaged and on the edge of my seat wanting to know if he actually made it to the summit. I was able to relate to many of his situations that he referred to in his session! He was AMAZING!

I am originally from Bogota, Colombia and while working for the World Bank 25 years ago, Juan Pablo Ruiz, a friend and a colleague climbed the Everest at least 7 times. You reminded me of him, very inspirational, fun, and very positive. I sure think, you got into the Middle & High schoolers minds and brains. John was very positive and engaging with his audience. He stories were very inspirational and his message was very powerful. My take away from his speech was to not let anything hold you back from achieving your goals. I believe he inspired a lot of students and staff. I am thankful 3 out of my 4 daughters were able to listen to his message and story!

Very inspirational and meaningful. He made several good points and made you really think about the "less important" parts too life. I think being able to reflect on someone elses expriences and compare them to yours or what you want can be super helpful and can make you see things in a new light.

Thank you so much for coming to speak to our students. I was an FFA advisor for 6 years before teaching Middle School English. Listening to John today was inspiring and helped light my fire as a teacher again!
