Jonathan's Bio

Jonathan is an acclaimed leadership educator, entrepreneur, scholar, and author. Jonathan has co-founded two leadership training businesses in addition to his current venture, Leadership Trainer, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit intent on transforming the leadership landscape through trainer and facilitator preparation. Jonathan has previously served as the founding Program Director and Assistant Teaching Professor of the Professional Leadership Studies program at the University of Rhode Island. Jonathan is the award-winning author of Preparing Leadership Educators: A Comprehensive Guide to Theories, Practices, and Facilitation Skills and has facilitated hundreds of leadership workshops, retreats, trainings, and conference presentations to 1,000s of participants across 5 continents. Jonathan has a PhD from Fielding Graduate University in Leadership. He coaches, consults, writes, teaches, and trains about leadership, training/facilitation, and group mentoring.
