My goal is to be the least stressful part of your event. I bring the same mix of professionalism & play I teach on stage: clear communication, reliability, and a collaborative spirit. You can count on me to deliver a session that’s engaging, on-brand for your event, and memorable for your audience.
What's included in your fee?
My fee includes prep and customization, a pre-event planning call, travel within the agreed scope, and delivery of a highly engaging keynote or workshop. You get a partner who’s fully invested in making your event a success.
Can you customize your presentation for our specific audience and event theme?
Yes. I tailor every session to the industry, audience size, and event goals. That means the same talk looks different for a room of executives, a team offsite, or a packed conference ballroom. To have a big impact, "off-the-shelf" doesn't cut it.
What kind of promotional support do you offer to help market the event?
I help promote your event through my 8,000+ social followers and professional network, highlighting key details to boost visibility. Many of my clients also book me again, so your event benefits from both fresh buzz and a proven track record of audience engagement.
How do you engage audiences post-event?
Depending on your needs, I can extend the impact beyond the stage with follow-up resources, reflection prompts, and key takeaways participants can apply right away. I am also open to working individually with attendees and keep the momentum going after your event.
My organization has a limited budget. Do you have any flexibility in your pricing?
Yes. Fees vary based on location, audience size, and customization needs. I’m happy to provide a custom proposal once I know more about your event.
Will I receive post-event materials (slides, recordings, handouts)?
When we scope the event, we can discuss options for providing slides, recordings, or handouts during or after the event. I’m happy to supply tailored materials that reinforce the session’s key takeaways and help extend the learning beyond the event.
What is your policy on event recordings and media rights?
In general, I will OK event recordings for internal use only. If the content is intended to be shared publicly, I request a copy of the final edit for review and the right to omit any proprietary material or intellectual property before release.
What are your specific travel requirements?
For international flights or domestic flights over 3 hours, business class airfare is required. All flights must be fully refundable and, where possible, direct. Hotel accommodations should be 3-star Hilton or Marriott property (or equivalent/better quality).
