Josee Madison is the creator of the signature keynote Wired to Wise™, helping leaders understand why pressure changes the way they think, communicate, and make decisions. Her career spans high-pressure environments from the Federal Court of Appeal in Canada to more than a decade managing artists and national tours in the music industry. She later founded an award-winning wellness center and has spent more than 17 years studying and training in neuroscience-informed approaches, nervous-system regulation, human behavior, and self-awareness. Through her signature concept, WAM™ (Wired Armor Mode), Josee translates brain science into practical tools that help leaders recognize when they’re reacting from protection rather than responding with intention. With storytelling, humor, and real-world strategies, she helps audiences lead with greater clarity, resilience, and presence.

How do you engage audiences post-event?
I love arriving early to connect with attendees before my keynote whenever possible. I also enjoy staying afterward to answer questions, hear their takeaways, and have meaningful conversations. For me, the connection is just as important as the presentation itself.
Will I receive post-event materials (slides, recordings, handouts)?
Yes! Attendees can access downloadable handouts and resources through a QR code provided during the presentation. Presentation slides may be available upon request.
What is your policy on event recordings and media rights?
Photography and short video clips for event promotion are welcome! Full keynote recordings, distribution, or commercial use require prior written approval. I’m happy to discuss recording and media needs with organizers in advance.
