Kate's Bio
Kate Gladdin is an international resilience speaker, and she's not here to tell you to look on the bright side. She's an author, podcast host, and one of Australia's 100 Women of Influence. What makes her different? She teaches teams how to Create the Good when there isn't a bright side to be found. At 20, Kate's sister was killed by a reckless driver. 12 years later, her mum was killed the same way - the exact same nightmare, twice. Kate knows firsthand that "look for positives" isn't helpful when life hits hard. Instead of forced smiles, Kate teaches the 3R Strategy a science-backed framework that helps people interrupt reactive spirals and respond with purpose. Her keynotes blend raw storytelling with neuroscience, giving teams practical tools they can use immediately. She's built government-backed education programs, founded a nonprofit, and advocated for stronger vehicular homicide laws. Resilience isn't bouncing back, it's building forward - by Creating The Good.
