Frequently Asked Questions on Working With Kimberly
What should I know about working with you?
I am detail-oriented and low-maintenance. I will handle all the booking arrangements for airlines, ground transportation, hotel, and food. When we confirm a date, I will send you a speaker agreement, invoice, W-9, bio, and headshot to make your life easier. With 100+ events per year, I have systems.
Can you customize your presentation for our specific audience and event theme?
Yes, I work with REALTOR Associations and Brokerages around the country and often customize programs to adress local issues, regulations, etc
What kind of promotional support do you offer to help market the event?
I will share your event on my social media channels ( Facebook Training Page, LinkedIn, and Instagram) along with the Dynamic Directions, Inc events audience
My organization has a limited budget. Do you have any flexibility in your pricing?
Yes, we understand that each association and brokerages have different needs and we will do our best to work with your budget.
What is your policy on event recordings and media rights?
Due to copyright protections, IP, and anti-trust risks, we do not allow any recording. Please reach out with your specific reason for recording and we will do our best to accomodate your needs. If you are looking to record content for re-use, we do offer a solution.
What are your specific travel requirements?
Travel is not an obstacle for me; I fly out of Boston Logan International, which gives me access to most major airports either directly or with one stop. In our speaker agreement, the travel policy will be clearly laid out. In the speaking season its not unusual for me to be on a plane 2x a week.
